Inclusive Culture Design

With a foundation in organizational psychology, my approach to inclusive culture design is grounded in behavioral science — focusing on how systems, leadership and everyday behaviors shape the experiences of employees. I work with corporate leaders to identify cultural patterns that impact inclusion, belonging, and trust across teams.

As a first step to our partnership, I focus on surfacing in systematic way the group and interpersonal dynamics show up at the workplace. Once we gain clarity on the root cause hindering employee motivation, engagement and productivity, I work with my stakeholders to design a strategic and data-driven approach to shift norms and embed inclusive practices throughout the organization.

Examples of this work includes a culture assessment, redesigning elements of the employee lifecycle, inclusive leadership retreats, team inclusion workshops, and customized learning experiences that deepen cultural awareness and accountability.
